Welcome to the Medline Quality Assurance website. The purpose of
this site is to assist Medline employees with their QA communication efforts,
and to provide updated documentation to Medline QA personnel in all locations.
- The General Info section includes
standard policies, "how-to" information, contacts, recent news and a service
survey.
- The Sales Rep Site is
specifically set up to help Medline sales representatives work efficiently
with our QA department. It features the standard QA complaint form,
presentations, Prop 65 info, OSI forms, and helpful links to additional
resources.
- Document Control is only
accessible by registered Medline Quality Assurance personnel. It
contains all document control information, inspection reports, the QA
complaint form, plus a discussion forum for QA issues. For
questions and permissions information on this section, contact
